Jeff also serves as the construction technical advisor for Hope Disaster Recovery, a non-profit network of faith communities, businesses, and other organizations dedicated to helping under-resourced homeowners in the Cypress area recover from Hurricane Harvey and other disasters.
Heritage Construction Services is a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA), the Texas Association of Builders (TAB), and the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB). At the local, state, and national levels, Jeff has served in numerous capacities and is a Life Director at TAB and NAHB.
At the national level, Jeff is designated by the NAHB as a Certified Graduate Remodeler(CGR), Graduate Master Builder (GMB), Graduate Master Remodeler (GMR), Certified Green Professional (CGP), and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). Less than 1 percent of the residential contractors in the United States hold this number of national designations. He is a certified instructor for the NAHB University of Housing, regularly teaching courses around the country on building and remodeling practices. He also serves as a subject matter expert for the University of Housing and participates in course development for its designations programs.
